Location: Washington, DC (Onsite) Responsible for designing and gaining approval on data architecture decisions, data modeling approaches, design standards, development tools and lifecycle practices that has row level security based on Azure data analytics platform. Experience: 15+ years of proven experience (Master Level) of: delivering high quality, complex technology solutions in commercial and government organizations; delivering state-of-the-art data analytics platforms and enterprise applications; working with SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, and DAX; and senior level understanding of health care management systems; and working with senior executives. Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in one or more major DBMS platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and advanced T-SQL/PL-SQL programming. Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Economics: 3 years (Preferred) proficiency with Azure Data Factory: 8 years (Preferred) DB architecture principles, high availability solutions: 8 years (Preferred) Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate: 1 year (Preferred) qualify for a STaR2 Journeyman category position.
