Job Title: Principal Anaplan Architect Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture across Workforce Planning and Workforce ManagementDefine and implement architectural standards, governance, and best practices for AnaplanAct as a subject matter expert for enterprise-wide Anaplan implementations and integrationsDesign and develop Anaplan solutions for:Finance (headcount cost modeling, compensation planning, forecasting, scenario analysis)HR (position management, hiring plans, attrition modeling, workforce analytics)Oversee integrations with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and SnowflakeImplement and manage Anaplan security models, user roles, and access controlsLead and mentor cross-functional teams, including offshore resourcesDevelop reporting and dashboard solutions using Anaplan, Power BI, and TableauPartner with business stakeholders to define and execute planning strategiesRequired Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Anaplan (model building, architecture, ALM, and security)Strong experience supporting Finance and HR planning functionsExperience with enterprise systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, and SnowflakeHands-on experience with integration tools such as APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, or Anaplan ConnectProficiency in reporting tools like Power BI or TableauKnowledge of predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Azure ML)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualification
