This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and a strong ability to architect solutions that meet the organization's needs. Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and requirements. Develop technical architecture, data model, integrations, and workflows to support business processes. Ensure data integrity and security in integrations. Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications : 1 year (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent : 4 years (Preferred) IT Systems Roadmap Development: 9 years (Preferred) Enterprise Architect: 9 years (Preferred) system diagramming and modeling: 9 years (Preferred) ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD: 6 years (Preferred) ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP: 5 years (Preferred) architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions: 5 years (Preferred) ServiceNow architecture including modules, components.
