We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe AEP Lead / Architect with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform to lead enterprise-scale implementations and drive successful delivery from start to finish.

Lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform implementations

Design and implement XDM schemas, RT-CDP, Identity Service, Segmentation, and Data Streams

Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines and audience activation strategies

Act as the primary technical lead and single point of contact for delivery

Collaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions

Identify project risks proactively and drive mitigation plans

✅ Required Skills

✔ Strong hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) experience

✔ Expertise in RT-CDP, XDM, Identity Service, Segmentation, and Data Streams

✔ Proven experience independently driving enterprise-scale implementations

✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

✔ Ability to lead execution with minimal dependency on external teams

✅ Preferred Skills

Retail industry experience

Experience with customer data platforms and digital marketing ecosystems
