Key Qualifications for Project Architect:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture is essential. A minimum of 4 years of comprehensive experience in all architectural project phases. Architectural license is preferred, or in the process of obtaining. Project Architect Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory. Previous experience in Multi-Family, K-12 Education, Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Institutional, or High Rise projects is preferred. Strong expertise in technical details, building codes, and documentation quality. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to collaboration in a multidisciplinary design environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Project Architect Responsibilities:

Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion. Define project objectives and develop clear design criteria. Manage scheduling, estimating, and planning across all project components such as drawings, models, materials, etc. Create detailed designs, sketches, and drawing documents using appropriate software.
