AEM Architect

We’re looking for an experienced AEM Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, and enterprise content architecture to lead large-scale digital experience and platform modernization initiatives. Own and evolve the overall AEM solution architecture across authoring, publishing, dispatcher/CDN, and content delivery layersLead migration and modernization initiatives to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)Define Oak index strategies, repository and package structures, content compatibility, custom workflows, and Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelinesArchitect reusable AEM components, templates, and authorable patterns for SPA-based digital experiencesDesign and optimize search and content discovery solutions using Elastic/AEM Search, including indexing, relevancy, faceting, and performanceDesign personalization, targeting, audience segmentation, and permissioning models while ensuring content securityDefine integration architecture with enterprise systems including authentication/SSO, user synchronization, backend services, and analyticsEstablish engineering standards for coding, code reviews, performance, accessibility, security, and platform governancePartner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designsLead stakeholder communication, technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and phased delivery planning. 10+ years of overall IT experienceStrong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)Strong Java development and architecture experienceExperience with AEM architecture, authoring, publishing, dispatcher, and CDNOak indexing and repository architecture experienceExperience with Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelinesStrong experience designing reusable AEM components and templatesEnterprise integration experience including APIs, SSO, and backend servicesStrong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills. A highly skilled AEM Architect who can own end-to-end AEM architecture, lead AEM Cloud modernization initiatives, and provide strong technical leadership across development and delivery teams. Experience with SPA-based AEM applicationsExperience with Elastic Search or AEM SearchKnowledge of personalization and audience targetingExperience with Adobe Cloud Manager and DevOps practicesKnowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAGExperience in performance optimization and security remediationTelecommunications domain experience is a plus
