The main purpose of this full-time Project Engineer/Architect III position will be to provide project management and project development services for MDH projects including agency capital,\r\nfacility renewal, and agency operating construction and maintenance service projects. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture and two years of experience as a design and project manager Engineer or Architect for agency capital and operating construction, maintenance and system services projects for the required experience.\r\n2. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Professional Engineer or Professional Architect registration in the State of Maryland or in a state with comparable requirements for the required experience.\r\n3. The evaluation may be a rating of your application based on your education, training and experience as they relate to the requirements of the position.
