The ideal candidate brings deep experience with enterprise business applications and process flows (O2C, P2P, ERP, HRIS) combined with hands-on experience building AI-driven solutions using modern agent frameworks and LLM technologies. This role sits within the IT and Enterprise Applications organization and is responsible for transforming how enterprise systems connect, communicate, and operate using AI. You’ll design Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and AI agents that make enterprise workflows more intelligent, efficient, and autonomous. 8+ years in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Automation rolesExperience with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or similar)Strong understanding of business process flows (O2C, P2P, ERP, Finance Operations)Hands-on experience building AI solutions using LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc. )Integration experience (MuleSoft or similar)Experience working in SOX-compliant or regulated environmentsPython or JavaScript development experience
