A leading SaaS company is seeking an Enterprise Applications AI Architect to drive the integration of AI and automation across its internal applications ecosystem. This individual will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for automation, design agentic workflows, and build AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency across Finance, IT, People Tech, and Business Operations.

Note: This is not a traditional AI/ML role. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with enterprise business applications and process flows (O2C, P2P, ERP, HRIS) combined with hands-on experience building AI-driven solutions using modern agent frameworks and LLM technologies.

This role sits within the IT and Enterprise Applications organization and is responsible for transforming how enterprise systems connect, communicate, and operate using AI.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, People Tech, and Operations to bridge business needs with AI-driven solutions. You’ll design Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and AI agents that make enterprise workflows more intelligent, efficient, and autonomous.

This role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic systems thinking, helping shift enterprise systems from reactive workflows to predictive, context-aware, and self-improving platforms.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Finance, IT, and Business Operations stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunitiesDesign and build agentic AI workflows to improve enterprise business processesDevelop integrations between AI tools and enterprise applications (ERP, HR systems, CRM, etc.)Create and maintain AI agents, MCPs, and supporting automation frameworksSupport testing, deployment, optimization, and adoption of AI solutionsEnsure solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards (including SOX)Define and track KPIs (adoption, efficiency, accuracy, cost) to measure impact and guide iterationEnable broader adoption by building reusable frameworks and promoting AI-first practicesRequired Qualifications

8+ years in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Automation rolesExperience with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or similar)Strong understanding of business process flows (O2C, P2P, ERP, Finance Operations)Hands-on experience building AI solutions using LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)Experience building and maintaining integrations using APIs, REST services, and JSONCloud experience (AWS preferred)Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsNice to Have
