The ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced engineering leader, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and passionate about leveraging advanced AI tools like LangChain, OpenAI, Claude, and more to build reliable, high-performing AI systems.

Required Skills:

Deep expertise in AI/ML architecture, foundational models, and agent designStrong experience with tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, OpenAI, Claude, or similarProven ability to lead complex AI projects, including model customization, agent training, and reasoning frameworksExcellent communication skills to clarify technical concepts and collaborate across teamsDemonstrated experience in building scalable, high-performance AI systems in agile environmentsNice to Have Skills:

Experience with estate settlement automation or related financial tech applicationsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure supporting AI deploymentsPrior experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizationsPreferred Education and Experience:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture, with leadership roles in innovative environmentsOther Requirements:
