Location: Charlotte, NC / St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.Strong experience in AI/ML engineering and enterprise solution architecture.Proficiency in Python programming and developing production-grade applications.Hands-on experience with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and transformer-based models.Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval.Experience building Agentic AI applications, AI-powered workflows, and LLM-based automation.Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based AI/ML deployments.Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices, including model lifecycle management, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.Experience designing APIs, microservices, and scalable distributed applications.Understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud security, IAM, and system integration.Excellent problem-solving, communication
