We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Python. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define AI architecture standards, and build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications, including Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and predictive analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Architecture

Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services.

Define scalable, secure, highly available, and cost-effective AI platforms and solutions.

Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, LLMs, embedding models, and machine learning algorithms based on business requirements.

Establish AI architecture best practices, governance frameworks, and development standards.

Generative AI & Agentic AI Development

Design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

Develop and deploy:

AI Assistants and Copilots

Chatbots and Conversational AI solutions

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

Multi-Agent and Agentic AI frameworks

Knowledge Management and Semantic Search platforms

Build advanced prompt engineering and prompt orchestration workflows.

Azure AI Foundry & Azure Ecosystem

Lead implementation of AI solutions using:

Azure AI Foundry

Azure OpenAI Service

Azure Machine Learning

Azure Cognitive Services

Azure AI Search

Design model orchestration workflows, prompt flows, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring solutions.

Develop MLOps and LLMOps pipelines for continuous deployment and lifecycle management.

Data Engineering & Integration

Design data pipelines using:

Azure Data Factory

Azure Synapse Analytics

Azure Databricks

Apache Spark

Process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for AI workloads.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, healthcare, and business platforms.

Build REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI and Flask.

Vector Databases & Knowledge Systems

Design and implement vector search architectures using:

Azure AI Search

Pinecone

FAISS

Other vector databases

Build semantic search, document intelligence, and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems.

Implement embedding generation, indexing, chunking, and retrieval strategies.

DevOps & Cloud Engineering

Utilize GitHub and Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation.

Containerize AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

Deploy and manage cloud-native AI applications on Azure.

Implement monitoring, logging, security, and performance optimization.

Governance & Responsible AI

Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.

Implement AI governance, model monitoring, explainability, bias detection, and auditability.

Support compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, AI/ML, or data engineering.

Strong expertise in Python programming.

Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services.

Experience building and deploying Generative AI and RAG-based applications.

Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems.

Proficiency in API development using FastAPI or Flask.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.

Strong understanding of MLOps and LLMOps practices.
