AI Engineer / AI Architect Consultant
Locations: Dallas, Seattle, Atlanta, Chicago, or New York
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite minimum)

Overview
We're seeking experienced AI Engineers and AI Architects to help enterprise clients design, build, and deploy AI solutions at scale. This is a client-facing consulting role focused on solving complex business challenges using Generative AI, Agentic AI, data platforms, and modern cloud technologies.
The position offers the opportunity to work across strategy, architecture, engineering, and delivery while helping organizations move AI initiatives from proof of concept to production.

AI Architect
Design enterprise AI and data architecturesLead client workshops and solutioning sessionsAssess current-state environments and define future-state roadmapsEstablish AI governance and responsible AI frameworksPartner with business and technical stakeholders to drive adoptionGuide engineering teams through implementation
AI Engineer
Build AI agents and agentic workflowsDevelop GenAI, LLM, and RAG-powered applicationsCreate APIs, inference pipelines, and production AI servicesDeploy and monitor AI solutions in cloud environmentsImplement governance, security, and observability controlsBuild reusable frameworks and accelerators
Must-Have Qualifications
AI Engineer
5+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or AI/ML engineering experienceHands-on experience building and deploying AI solutionsStrong experience with:Agentic AILLMs and Generative AIRAG architecturesFunction calling and tool useVector databasesLangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworksAWS, Azure, or GCPStrong backend engineering foundationProduction deployment experience
AI Architect
Experience designing enterprise AI and data architecturesStrong client-facing consulting and solutioning backgroundExpertise in data governance and AI governanceExperience presenting to both business and technical stakeholdersAWS, Azure, or GCP architecture experienceAbility to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
