AI GTM Architect

Designing and scaling AI-driven workflows, the full-time remote AI GTM Architect will translate go-to-market strategy into actionable automation, optimize seller engagement, and enhance data-driven decision-making across revenue operations. Key responsibilities Translate GTM strategy into scalable workflows and plays within Outreach, ensuring alignment between leadership priorities and field execution Design AI agent workflows for personalized outreach and integrate them into seller processes, including lead prioritization and automated follow-ups Own the execution architecture of Outreach, defining how data and AI decision-making drive actions and ensuring workflows are scalable and integrated Required qualifications 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or a similar role Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies Hands-on experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform Experience building or optimizing GTM processes at scale Working knowledge of AI in sales and marketing, including LLMs and automation
