Type: FTE Location: Phoenix,Arizona, USA Role Overview The AI Ops Architect is the endtoend technical owner of enterprise AIOps and Agentic AI solutions responsible for designing scalable secure and businessaligned AIdriven automation ecosystems The AI Architect is the technical owner of the endtoend AI Agents program This individual defines the overall system architecture governs design decisions and ensures all 16 GitHub Copilot Agent extensions are built cohesively securely and in alignment with enterprise standards across Splunk Dynatrace ServiceNow Ansible and MRD platforms Multiagent architecture and orchestration frameworksExperience with ADK LangGraph MCPIntegration with enterprise platforms ServiceNow Splunk DynatraceStrong Python programming and API developmentKnowledge of RBAC and governance modelsAILLM Agent Architecture Deep expertise in designing multiagent systems agent orchestration frameworks GitHub Copilot Agent SDK LangChain or equivalent MCP protocol and toolcall patternsEnterprise Integration Architecture Strong experience integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms ServiceNow Splunk Dynatrace Ansible TowerAWX via REST APIs and webhook patternsPython InfrastructureasCode Strong Python development skills familiarity with GitHub Enterprise CICD pipelines and IaC tooling Terraform Ansible for enterprise AI deploymentsAbility to lead customer workshops architecture walkthroughs and executive briefings on AIOps strategy platforms and value realizationExperience presenting AIdriven incident intelligence anomaly detection insights and automation outcomes to senior stakeholders
