Collaborate with internal AI product management and development teams to enhance AI systemsStreamline AI systems, contributing to significant improvements in efficiency and capabilityDesign and implement advanced AI agentic solutions from conceptual business and technical requirementsDevelop comprehensive technical specifications, detailed designs, and essential architecture artifactsTranslate complex business problems into clear, logical tasks for effective AI solution developmentAnalyse existing codebases to understand implementation intricacies and identify areas for optimisation
What You'll Need
Proven experience in AI development, including Agentic AI and Azure OpenAIExpertise with Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and human-in-the-loop workflowsProficiency in .Net (C#, VB.Net), HTML, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with advanced automation tools such as OCR, IDP, and AI/ML technologiesExceptional written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesPrior experience managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
