AI Solutions Architect

Driving enterprise AI solutions, the full-time AI Solutions Architect will partner with business leaders to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that automate workflows, improve quality, and reduce costs, while working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Key responsibilities Identify high-impact opportunities for automation and improvement by collaborating with leaders across various business functions Architect and develop AI agents and workflows, ensuring integration with enterprise systems and scalability Lead the delivery of AI solutions from concept to implementation, focusing on measurable outcomes and robust architecture Required qualifications 8-10 years of experience in data and/or systems engineering, with 3-5 years in machine learning or AI-driven platforms Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field Proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks and tools, such as Glean, Claude, and Co-pilot Enterprise Strong system design and architecture capabilities with a focus on NLP and conversational AI Proven experience in building and deploying AI systems into production environments
