As their pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking an AIA, Architect / Design Manager to take ownership of the full design process from the owner developer side. This is not a pure architecture role. The Role You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end design process on condominium developments, acting as the key interface between external design teams and the internal development organisation. This role suits someone who has moved, or is ready to move, from the design studio into a developer-led environment.
