Role Overview
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced AI Architect - Application Development with a strong background in enterprise application architecture, AI-enabled software development, Generative AI/LLMs, and modern cloud technologies.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience with a proven track record of designing, architecting, and developing scalable enterprise applications while leveraging AI technologies to accelerate software development, improve application capabilities, and drive innovation.
The candidate will play a key role in designing AI-powered application solutions, integrating Generative AI into enterprise applications, leading application architecture initiatives, and driving the adoption of AI-enabled development frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and modern software engineering best practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with: AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) Expertise in application architecture and system design Experience in: Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems Knowledge of data engineering, APIs, and system integrationAI-Specific SkillsUnderstanding of AI pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring Ability to evaluate and apply AI tools in application development lifecycle Technical LeadershipCollaborate with product, data, and business teams to translate requirements into solutions Drive adoption of AI-enabled development tools and frameworks Provide training to the team for using AI Capabilities Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking Excellent communication and stakeholder management Leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams

Preferred QualificationsExperience implementing AI in enterprise applications Exposure to DevOps / MLOps practices Knowledge of Responsible AI and governance principles Prior experience in a technical lead or architect role
