ALASKA ARCHITECT

Evolv Northwest is seeking a licensed Architect in the State of Alaska to support the planning, development, and coordination of architectural projects in both residential and commercial sectors. This position requires a highly organized and technically proficient professional with strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, life safety requirements, and code compliance. Conduct and support code analyses and studies, including interpretation and application of local, state, and federal codes. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams in a remote work environment. Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar tool for redlines Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and code compliance Experience preparing and directing construction documents and specifications Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment
