We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Architect to define and scale the enterprise architecture for SAP-based manufacturing, supply chain, master data, asset management, and financial platforms. You will define target-state architecture, develop and implement application integration and governance standards, lead architecture reviews, and help the organization make durable technical decisions as complexity grows. You will play a central role in scaling enterprise platforms to support multiple factories and product lines while preserving process consistency, master data integrity, and interoperability across upstream and downstream systems. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent 12+ years of experience in enterprise systems, ERP, or platform architecture 7+ years of experience in senior architecture, principal engineer, or equivalent technical leadership roles Experience defining target-state architecture and architectural standards for large-scale enterprise platforms Experience designing and governing integration patterns across complex enterprise ecosystems using APIs, middleware, event-based, and batch approaches Experience building or leading architecture governance mechanisms such as review boards, standards, design authorities, or exception processes Experience working across multiple enterprise domains such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, master data, asset management, or operations Experience scaling enterprise platforms across multiple sites, product lines, business units, or operating models Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical leaders Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Deep experience in one or more of the following: SAP manufacturing, supply chain, MDG, asset management, or finance architecture Business process governance, orchestration, and cross-platform process design at enterprise scale Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or related enterprise platforms Experience integrating SAP with PLM, MES, procurement, vendor, warehouse, logistics, and finance platforms Experience with SAP-to-Oracle integration patterns and enterprise reporting ecosystems Experience building architecture playbooks, reusable standards, and design patterns that are adopted across engineering teams Experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, supply chain, or other scaled operational environments Experience with AWS or other hyperscale platforms in enterprise application environments Familiarity with regulated or government-related operating environments
