Education And Experience »

Experience developing, testing, and deploying applications in Agile/Scrum environmentsExperience working as part of a Scrum team (developers, BAs, testers, product owners)Experience with SQL Server querying, reporting, and diagnostics

Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies

Knowledge And Skills

Hands-on experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms, with Mendix strongly preferredFamiliarity with JIRA for backlog management, defect tracking, and sprint planningUnderstanding of PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standardsStrong documentation, communication, and collaboration skillsAssist Business Analysts (BA) with requirements gathering, system design, application development, testing, and implementation using the Mendix low-code platformParticipate in design sessions and contribute to the enhancement of operational systems, business processes, and reportsAnalyze and chart existing business processes to define current-state activities for procedure and application modelingDevelop and document future-state business processes, including:Business rules.
