Hands-on coding architect working with engineering and business partners to define and build out complex solutions driving value through business process simplification, automation and new product capabilities and AI-driven innovationsDemonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions aligned with modern AI and data-driven technology standardsLead product solutioning end-to-end new innovations, including embedding AI capabilities into core product workflows with iterative improvementsArchitect and enable developer experience platforms (DevEx) that incorporate AI tooling for coding, debugging, code review, and knowledge discoveryStrong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous developmentEstablish best practices for AI-driven developer efficiency, including automated code generation, intelligent testing, documentation generation, and refactoringProven ability to improve developer productivity through AI-assisted coding practices, including code generation, automated unit test creation, and documentation synthesisExperience defining governance and guardrails for AI-assisted development, including code quality, security, and compliance considerationsFamiliarity with integrating AI tools into developer workflows (IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, code review systems)Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI productivity platforms to enhance engineering velocity and efficiency BS in Computer Science or related fields with 10+ years of professional experience or MS with 8+ years of experienceProven ability to understand business and ability to contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvementsDemonstrated capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standardsExperience with architecture design concepts and techniques and the ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to internal stakeholders and external partnersExcellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/DDemonstrated experience in programming languages (for example, Java/Python) and design patternsHands-on experience in building microservices based architecture and platform developed and deployed at scale*Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
