Responsibilities
Application Migration: Lead end-to-end migration of enterprise applications from legacy platforms to modern cloud/on-prem environments.Architecture Design: Define migration strategies, architecture blueprints, and integration patterns.Cloud Enablement: Drive adoption of Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform services for application modernization.Performance Optimization: Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency in migrated applications.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business, infrastructure, and development teams to align migration goals.Governance & Compliance: Implement security, compliance, and data governance standards during migration.
Required Skills
Enterprise Architecture: Strong background in application architecture and modernization.Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform migration projects.Integration Tools: Familiarity with middleware, APIs, and messaging systems.Programming: Proficiency in Java, .NET, or Python for application refactoring.Database Migration: Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL migrations.Project Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex migration timelines.
