Position: Applied AI / AI Platform Architect
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) – Preferred Locals
Duration: 6+ months contract
Job Description:
The ideal profile would have recent hands-on experience with:
Python engineering and production AI/ML codeDatabricks and MLflow and even Azure AI FoundryRAG and LLM application architectureAgentic AI patterns and tool-based workflowsEvaluation frameworks for LLMs/modelsReusable accelerators, templates, and reference implementations
The goal is to bring in someone who can help make the team faster and more capable, not just provide strategy. They should be able to push applied AI practices forward around evals, AI ops, agents, reusable skills/components, and production deployment
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
