Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing and highly collaborative architectural firm in Phoenix, to hire an Architect at either the Level 1 or Level 2 level. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for a licensed Architect with experience leading and contributing to projects of moderate to high complexity. The selected candidate will play a key role in project execution, client coordination, and internal team leadership. Licensed Architect Bachelor’s degree in Architecture 6+ years of professional experience (Level 2 preferred) Demonstrated success leading complex projects Experience mentoring and developing junior team members Strong project management background Advanced proficiency in Revit Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
