Description

As an Architect at Foster + Partners, you will help shape inspiring, innovative projects that bring together design, structure, technology, sustainability and human experience. Working as part of a collaborative design team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of world-class projects while continuing to grow your technical, creative and professional expertise.

This role is ideal if you want to:

Contribute to the design and development of complex, high-profile architectural projects.
Take ownership of specific areas of design and project development.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, external consultants and specialist partners.
Develop your skills across drawing, modelling, visualisation and design documentation.
Build your expertise through continuous learning, professional development and exposure to industry-leading projects.

What you will bring to the team:

The ability to develop design ideas, formulate design decisions and confidently present them for discussion.
Experience using a variety of media to develop, communicate and document architectural designs.
A proactive mindset, with the confidence to take initiative and ownership of your work.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.
A flexible, open approach to new ways of working and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Resilience, professionalism and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
