Who We Are Looking For:

Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture Active licensure in or reciprocal to Ohio is strongly preferred NCARB certification 8-12+ years of experience in Architectural Design and Project Management with Commercial, Retail, Multi-Family Residential, and/or Light Industrial projects  Expertise with AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other design software  High level of organization and attention to detail, sense of urgency in completing deliverables within defined timelines  Team-oriented attitude that fosters collaboration and shared success  Proficiency in Microsoft Office  Excellent oral and written communication skills  

What You Will Do:

Roles and responsibilities for this position include:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including oversight of entire project lifecycle, from schematic design through construction administration and turnover to client  Collaborate with other departments to incorporate best practices and unique design elements  Design major structures, prepare working drawings, and complete related project documentation  Plan layouts and integrate architectural elements to unify design for client review and approval  Lead and document project design and/or develop meetings with client, regulatory review boards, and contractors. Evening hours may be required Maintain consistent communication with clients, co-workers, subcontractors, and management
