Architect

• Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications • Develop and maintain project budgets, work plans, and contracts • Collaborate with other enthusiastic ISGers while leading design efforts to create inspiring and uplifting spaces to live, work, and play • Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards and procedures with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams • Maintain the quality control of drawings and specifications • Direct the development and preparation of project contract documents • Get your boots dirty conducting site visits to observe construction progress and respond to any on-site challenges • Help mentor and develop the next generation of designers and architects • Willingness to think bigger, better, and bolder to make a difference in our communities!
