Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our Whole House Engineering (WHE) team and lead the design and planning of residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Lead the conceptual and schematic design process, translating client needs into functional, aesthetic, and code-compliant design solutions.Develop and produce architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers throughout design and documentation phases.Manage projects through all phases including feasibility studies, design development, permitting, and construction administration.Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, zoning regulations, ADA standards, and sustainability guidelines.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is aligned with design intent and quality standards.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to present ideas, obtain feedback, and manage expectations.Research materials, systems, and construction methods to support design innovation and performance.Prepare and review architectural documents for accuracy, quality, and constructability.Maintains quality service by following organization standards.Develop a working knowledge of company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.
