Architect

Mixing the ideas and expertise of clients, consultants, and builders expands the opportunity for creative thinking and innovative problem solving. • Work closely with firm leadership to manage overall project delivery and administration. Qualifications • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant architectural experience with a portfolio demonstrating project work with exposure to all phases of a project, and involvement in complex projects or design solutions. • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a demonstrated ability to create innovative, functional, and visually appealing designs • Experience in Project Management, including managing schedules, resources, and client communication • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as they pertain to architectural processes and tools • Strong attention to detail, effective collaboration skills, and a thorough understanding of architectural principles • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools • Licensure as a professional architect or progress toward licensure is highly preferred • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field • Experience in sustainable design and LEED accreditation is a plus
