Architect

This is a contract to hire position. The Security Architect's primary responsibility will involve the assessment of planned and existing infrastructure, applications, and end user devices against defined agency and state security and compliance controls. The Security Architect will provide expert guidance and security oversight for projects and technical architecture implementations while ensuring the communication and escalation of security activities to leadership. Working closely with the ISO, the Security Architect helps define security standards, procedures, operational activities, and technical architecture recommendations - Considerable working knowledge of information security technologies and best practices in the areas of risk assessment, compliance and vulnerability management.
