Architect

This is a full-time, on-site, Licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Architect role with the KY Department of Parks based in Frankfort, KY. The Licensed Architect will be responsible for reviewing designs, plans, and overseeing architectural projects, ensuring they meet the required standards. Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methodologies Experience in relevant software, appropriate to the profession, and integration as it applies to modern architectural practices Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams to meet project objectives effectively Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills Current architectural license and relevant professional experience A strong commitment to sustainability and innovative design solutions Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams EDUCATION: See Special Requirements. ): Must be licensed as an architect by the Kentucky Board of Architects .
