ARCHITECT

ECM Consultants, Inc. – Metairie, Louisiana ECM Consultants, Inc. is seeking a licensed Architect to lead the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and public sector projects across Louisiana. Lead architectural design, documentation, and project execution Collaborate with clients to develop designs that meet project goals and specifications Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, including the Louisiana State Board of Architectural Examiners Review project plans, technical requirements, and construction documents for quality and accuracy Support project bidding and develop budgets, cost estimates, and schedules Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and design integrity Oversee construction administration, including site visits and project meetings Serve as primary client contact throughout project lifecycle Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring productivity and quality performance Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited preferred) Active Louisiana Architect license or ability to obtain via National Council of Architectural Registration Boards 8+ years of architectural experience, including leadership responsibilities Experience with residential, commercial, and/or public sector projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project management Preferred Qualifications ECM Consultants, Inc. offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
