We are seeking an individual with a bachelors or master's degree in architecture, boasting a robust background in architecture and interior architecture with a minimum 5 years of experince. Responsibilities include:

Independently manage a wide range of architectural projects, including large-scale residential and small commercial projects.
Lead and coordinate all phases of design and documentation, from concept through construction.
Prepare, coordinate, and complete comprehensive construction document sets for permitting and bidding.
Develop, edit, and maintain project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
Evaluate, select, and approve materials, systems, and products consistent with project goals.
Oversee and direct construction administration activities, ensuring progress and quality through coordination with contractors, owners, and consultants.
Present design solutions to clients, review boards, and stakeholders, articulating design intent and addressing feedback.
Supervise and refine renderings, presentations, and design deliverables.
Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
Coordinate with all trades and consultants to preserve design integrity and obtain required agency approvals.
Administer contracts and permitting processes in compliance with local codes and standards.
Track and report on project budgets and schedules.
Facilitate client meetings and presentations, communicating design progress, technical information, and options effectively.
Maintain and develop long-term client relationships, contributing to firm growth and reputation.

Qualifications:

5 years experience
Master's Degree in Architecture
Highly skilled in using AutoCAD and SketchUp
Excellent digital presentation skills using SketchUp for modeling as well as the Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
