Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Architect at our Chattanooga, TN location. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, coordination with engineers, overseeing project management, and ensuring all designs meet both client specifications and regulatory requirements, and construction administration. The role involves close collaboration with clients and team members to transform ideas into reality while adhering to project deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

Expertise in Architecture and Architectural DesignStrong Project Management skillsExperience with building codes, construction documents, and regulatory complianceExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureLicensure as a registered Architect or progress toward licensure
