Experience in architectural design, including concept development, schematic design, and construction documentationProficiency in CAD and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpKnowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processesExcellent project management skills, including timeline management and budgetingStrong communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactionAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProfessional licensure as an Architect is preferredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldPrevious experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is an asset
