Key Duties Includes: -Working knowledge of principles and practices of architecture building system planning, design, AND/OR construction. -A valid license to practice Architecture in the State of North Carolina Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Grade Range: $67,122.00-$117,465.00 Your Application Will Be Considered For All Noted Open Positions The work schedule is Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM but occasionally could require work hours on Fridays. Thorough knowledge of materials, construction techniques, codes and standards, soils, project management, and of the laws and ordinances pertaining to the design, construction and renovation of buildings and other facilities.
