This position requires an expert in Revit and will focus on healthcare and jail projects. Serve as a Project Manager and Project Architect on a range of projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget.Lead design development and documentation efforts using Revit across all project phases.Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Manage project communication and maintain strong client relationships.Oversee production of construction documents and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.Contribute to design vision while balancing technical, functional, and budgetary requirements.Support and mentor junior staff, providing guidance on design and documentation standards.Participate in project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder coordination. 6-8+ years of experience with Revit-based CD production.Advanced Revit proficiency (this is a non-negotiable requirement).Complex project management experience (high preference for healthcare and correctional, but open to hospitality).Big-box retail or single-home residential experience only is not going to be a fit.Licensure is not required, but pursuing licensure is preferred.Self-starter and able to run projects with minimal oversight.Willingness to contribute to all phases of a project (not just design).Experience working on large and multi-year timeline projects.Familiarity with CA and/or WA building codes and permitting processes.
