Responsibilities Lead architectural projects from schematic design to construction administrationPrimary construction administration contact (conduct site visits, lead owner/contractor meetings, resolve on-site challenges)Mentor/train junior staffPresent design concepts/project updates to clientsEnsure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, fire regulations, zoning laws, and accessibility requirements.Ensure projects meet the highest quality standardsCollaborate with internal teams and external consultantsRequirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture8+ years of professional experienceRegistered Architect or eligibility to complete the AREProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software (Dynamo, Grasshopper)Expert knowledge of 3D modeling softwareConstruction administration experienceNice-to-haves
