Thrasher is a full-service architecture, engineering, and field services consulting firm with a rich resume of project success all throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Our team of skilled experts delivers a vast array of professional services to clients across five major markets: architecture, land development, water resources, transportation, and energy. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Works with project design team on projects throughout all phases of design.Preparation or original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specifications.Review architectural document for areas of conflict with all disciplines.Coordinate and integrate design work between the architectural discipline and other engineering disciplines. Job Requirements: To be successful in this position, you will bring:NCARB Registered ArchitectA minimum of five (5) years’ of related experience.Experience with Revit Software a plus.Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction.Possess the ability to work independently or collaboratively.Proficient with managing client/owner/contractor relationships.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Leadership and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budget.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage project prioritiesPossesses the ability to mentor junior staff.Periodic travel will be required. An emphasis is placed on professional development which includes structured goal setting and specialized training opportunities.
