Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our Sacramento team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural designs, preparing construction documents, and coordinating projects from concept through completion. Develop architectural concepts and detailed construction drawings Create 3D models, renderings, and presentations Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders Ensure compliance with California building codes and regulations Participate in client meetings and project discussions Review submittals, RFIs, and construction documentation Conduct site visits and support construction administration Manage project schedules and design deliverables Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Professional experience in architectural design and documentation Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of California building codes and permitting processes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a collaborative environment
