Position Summary: Silver Creek is seeking an Architect to lead the development and completion of fire station projects. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, job captains, engineers, architects, consultants, and approval agencies to ensure high-quality, code-compliant, and constructible designs. Work closely with our business development team in project pursuits and take part in client interviews.Work closely with the client to refine project programs and requirements.Develop conceptual project designs for client presentation and review.Work with the internal, and external, project team to develop design concepts into complete construction document packages.Perform QA/QC to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with codes and project standards.Lead the preparation of construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD and related software.Provide technical leadership during design phases and lead complex detailing and design activities.Provide technical support during construction, including RFIs and shop drawing reviews.Mentor and guide junior staff.Stay current with applicable building codes, industry requirements, and construction technologies.Qualifications: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
