High Level Architect Charleston, SC Salary: $90,000 – $135,000+ (Depending on experience) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Bonuses This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from concept through construction, leading design efforts, and working closely with clients and project teams. You will play a key role in driving architectural design, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. Lead the architectural design process, developing conceptual ideas into detailed plans Produce high quality construction documents and design drawings Coordinate project schedules and manage timelines across project phases Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to align project goals Oversee construction administration, including site visits and quality control Ensure projects meet building codes, safety requirements, and regulatory standards Utilize Bluebeam and other tools for document review and project coordination Assist with project proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives Opportunity to lead exciting projects across multiple sectors Work with a collaborative and creative design team Strong growth opportunities within the firm Located in Charleston, one of the most desirable cities in the Southeast
