Bachelors Degree in Architecture Five (5) or more years of architecture, design, project management or equivalent industry experience Experience in Civic, Public, Municipal and Corporate sectors Ability to contribute to successful client relationships and repeat business Ability to work independently with quality results Strong organizational skills and ability to utilize technology Successful involvement in and completion of projects of medium to large size Strong understanding and knowledge of building codes Proactive approach to job responsibilities Demonstrated capability, proficiency and efficiency with AutoCAD and Revit Demonstrated ability for creative and effective problem solving Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers, both written and orally Willingness and desire to grow and develop in a job function Masters Degree in Architecture License to practice architecture in the State of Michigan Experience in retail and multi-family sectors Successful history of business development or generation of repeat business from satisfied clients Historical, LEED Green or AP, or other industry specific designations Proficiency with Adobe Creative products such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
