We are a close-knit architectural firm of 35 professionals, committed to impactful design. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion—no large team silos—guiding every step of the design process. You’ll work directly with clients and owners to shape their vision—whether it’s a home, a community space, or a business. This is a full-time on-site Architect role located in Akron, OH. Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural DesignExperience in Project Management, including coordinating team efforts to meet project goalsFamiliarity with Software Development and IntegrationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilitiesRelevant certifications, such as a professional architect license, are preferredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred or a related fieldExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site
