B&N Architect Responsibilities

Participate as an integral member of project team from start to finish for multiple project types and sizes.Complete tasks with little to minimal supervision including site surveying, due diligence, code compliance, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting and construction administration

Skills & Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited university Architecture registration is preferred but not required3+ years of related architectural design experienceExcellent time management and project organization skillsDetail-oriented with an attention to quality and designStrong REVIT skills and technical understanding desired, along with proficiency in Enscape, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong interpersonal & written communication skillsSelf-motivated and adaptable
