Lead specific technical design aspects of assigned major projects, including investigation, evaluation, and development of design solutions that align with client goalsProduce detailed and accurate construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring coordination and constructability across disciplinesCollaborate closely with other team members on projects from concept through completion, contributing to schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administrationProvide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects across healthcare, education, science and technology, and institutional sectorsContribute to both ground-up and renovation projectsSupport construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with contractors and consultants as neededEssential Skills Master's degree or accredited bachelor's degree in architecture5–8+years of post-graduate architectural experienceProficiency in Revit and AutoCADExperience with healthcare, education (K–12 or higher education), and/or science and technology projectsExperience with both ground-up and renovation projectsOn track toward architectural licensure is a plus, but not requiredJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.
