Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural design documents and manage technical specifications for new construction and renovation projectsLead zoning analysis, land use change processes, and permitting approvals based on U.S. building codes and local regulationsEnhance project value through architectural and interior design solutions while reflecting client requirements and project goalsReview MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural engineering inputs, and manage overall design coordinationCollaborate with local U.S. architectural partners, consultants, and global teams to ensure design quality assurance and integrated project delivery

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in U.S. architectural design and permitting processesProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpStrong understanding of U.S. building codes (IBC, ADA) and local jurisdiction requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in architectural design contextsFluent communication skills in both Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

U.S. architectural license (or equivalent professional certification) preferredExperience in commercial real estate or large-scale development projectsU.S. education background or prior architectural work experience in the United States

신축 및 리모델링 프로젝트 설계도서 작성 및 기술 명세서 관리미국 현지 규정 및 건축 코드 기반 대지 용도변경 및 인허가 대관업무 총괄건축 및 실내 인테리어 디자인을 통한 프로젝트 가치 극대화 및 클라이언트 요구사항 반영MEPS(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural) 엔지니어링 검토 및 설계 관리미국 현지 건축 파트너, 컨설턴트 및 글로벌 팀과의 협업 기반 설계 품질 보증 및 프로젝트 연계 지원

자격요건

미국 건축 설계 및 인허가 업무 관련 실무 경험 보유자CAD, Revit, SketchUp 등 설계 소프트웨어 활용 능력 보유자미국 건축 코드(IBC, ADA 등) 및 지역 규정에 대한 이해도가 높은 분논리적·분석적 사고를 바탕으로 설계 문제를 해결할 수 있는 분영어 기반 커뮤니케이션 및 설계 도서 작성 역량 보유자

우대사항

미국 건축 면허 또는 관련 자격증 보유자상업용 부동산 또는 대규모 개발 프로젝트 설계 경험자미국 소재 대학(원) 졸업자 또는 미국 현지 설계 경험자
