This includes developing and proposing multiple strategies and methods to innovatively approach the project’s design, as well as conceiving various design approaches by determining the types of building systems and materials to be used on the project. Collaborate and communicate with internal design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, vendors and regulatory agencies to resolve complex technical and design issues to meet overall project objectives. Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field, plus two (2) years of design experience (non-intern, non-fellowship) with all of the following: Two (2) years of the five (5) years of progressive post-bachelor’s degree design experience (non-intern, non-fellowship) must include experience with all of the following: All experience may be acquired concurrently.
