Job Description A highly-respected Design Build General Contractor in the area, with a backlog of projects, is seeking an Architect to join their growing team. The Architect position is one that will help in many areas of the company. Architect Responsibilities: Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans Produce Construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit Engage with clients during the design phase Work closely with the design team and leadership to provide all necessary documents and information through the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases Assist in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications Architect Qualifications: B.S. in Architecture Ohio AIA Licence Experience in Code and Compliance Ability to use AutoCAD with proficiency Can work autonomously or with a team to complete work in a timely manner
